Send your name, order reference or payment date, and a clear request to cancel or obtain a refund. An order reference helps us locate the purchase but is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. Never send full card details. You may use email or post; a reason is not required when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Consumer withdrawal

Where EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rules apply, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw. Send your notice before the deadline. Business purchases and cases outside these rules are governed by the agreed contract and applicable law.

Work during the withdrawal period

We do not treat payment or acceptance of these policies alone as a request to start early. If you expressly request that services begin during the withdrawal period, and the required information has been provided, withdrawal may require payment proportionate to the work completed. A consumer loses the withdrawal right for a fully performed service only where the legal conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, have been satisfied.

Other cancellations and problems

You can request cancellation before completion. Outside statutory withdrawal, we assess the completed work and agreed commitments and refund any refundable unused amount under the contract. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will discuss a remedy or refund the undelivered part as applicable. Defective or non-conforming services remain subject to mandatory remedies; this policy does not limit them.

Refund method and timing

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the notice. Refunds normally use the original payment method, without a refund fee from us; another method requires agreement and must not incur fees for you. Your bank’s posting time may add a delay. Refunds are made in the original charging currency, so currency movements or bank fees may affect the amount shown by your bank.
