Service Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

Our services are delivered remotely. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. Depending on the agreed scope, delivery may consist of code, documents, a report, changes to an authorised website, a demonstration or access to agreed digital deliverables.

Timeframes

Small-work cards show indicative business-day ranges. The confirmed schedule begins once the scope is agreed and required materials, access and any agreed payment have been received. Larger projects use an individual written schedule. Business days exclude weekends and Latvian public holidays.

Handover

We use the contact or handover channel agreed for the order. For partner-originated orders, the order confirmation identifies the applicable delivery arrangements. Payment confirmation is not itself proof that development work has been completed.

Delays and corrections

We will communicate material delays and agree an updated plan where appropriate. Please tell us if you cannot access the deliverables or if they do not match the agreed scope. We will investigate and discuss correction or another remedy. Statutory rights concerning late delivery, non-conformity and cancellation remain unchanged.
